This policy explains, in plain English, what information One Funding collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it. One Funding is a referral and lead-generation service for small-business financing. We are not a lender.

What we collect

When you submit the inquiry form on our site, we collect what you give us:

• Your full name and business name
• Your phone number and email address
• Basic business details: monthly revenue range, time in business, and intended use of funds
• Whether you checked the SMS consent box, and when you submitted the form

We do not collect payment information, Social Security numbers, or bank credentials on this site.

Why we collect it

One reason: to match your inquiry with independent financing providers and make an introduction. We use your contact information to reach you about your inquiry — by text (if you opted in), phone, or email — and we share your inquiry details with the financing providers we introduce you to so they can evaluate it.

Who processes your data

We use a small number of service providers to run this site and communicate with you:

• Hosting — our website and form submissions run on a cloud hosting platform.
• SMS vendor — text messages are sent through a telecommunications provider on our behalf.

These processors handle your data only to provide their service to us.

Text messaging (TCPA / SMS)

We only text you if you checked the SMS consent box on our form, which is unchecked by default. Messages are transactional and informational — about the financing inquiry you submitted and related financing options. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. Full program details are on our SMS Program page.

We do not sell your phone number, and we do not share mobile numbers with third parties for their own marketing.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting platform may set strictly necessary cookies to serve the site securely. If we ever add analytics, we will update this policy first.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to service your inquiry and meet legal and record-keeping obligations, then delete or anonymize them.

Requesting deletion

Want your information deleted? Email hello@onefundingsolution.com from the address you used on the form and ask. We will confirm and delete what we hold, except records we are legally required to keep (for example, proof of SMS consent and opt-outs).

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here with a new date.
