What this program is

One Funding sends transactional and informational text messages about a financing inquiry you submitted on our website — for example, confirming we received your inquiry, asking a clarifying question, or letting you know a financing provider is ready to speak with you. We do not send messages to people who have not submitted an inquiry and opted in.

How you opt in

You opt in by checking a consent box on the inquiry form on this website. The checkbox is unchecked by default and is presented with the following disclosure:

“By checking this box I agree to receive SMS from One Funding about my inquiry and related financing options. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.”

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been opted out, and we will not send further messages unless you opt in again.

Frequency varies — typically a handful of messages while your inquiry is active.

Fees

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. One Funding does not charge for text messages.

Your number stays with us

We do not share mobile numbers with third parties for their marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in data is never sold.
